District Lead Volunteer
Daniel serves as the District Lead Volunteer for Maidstone West Scouts, providing leadership and strategic direction across the District. In this role, he works closely with volunteers, trustees, and local Scout Groups to ensure that Scouting continues to thrive and deliver high-quality experiences for young people.
The District Lead Volunteer is responsible for supporting and developing adult volunteers, promoting growth and inclusion, and helping to create a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment for everyone involved.
By fostering collaboration, encouraging innovation, and championing the values of Scouting, Daniel helps ensure that more young people have the opportunity to develop skills for life through adventurous and meaningful experiences.
District Leadership Team
The District Leadership Team is made up of the various Team Leads from across Maidstone West Scouts, bringing together a range of skills and expertise to lead and support the District.
Led by the District Lead Volunteer, the team works in partnership with the wider District Team to provide strategic direction, support volunteers, coordinate key initiatives, and help shape the future of Scouting across Maidstone West. Together, they ensure the District continues to deliver safe, enjoyable, and high-quality Scouting experiences for young people.
